Full System Ownership

As a full system owner, I was responsible for meeting our 99.99% uptime requirements. The recovery system is a single point of failure for site operations. If it stopped functioning, life-critical deliveries couldn't be made and if it failed while drones were in the air, the drones couldn't land.

 

Field Failures

Worked continuously on root causing fields issues from sites around the world and releasing new design solutions and operation practices to operators. 

 

Cold Weather Testing

Spent 2 weeks at a North Dakota test facility validating recovery system in harsh conditions with daily temps dropping below -20C.
